Parish representatives confirmed that immediate cleaning and repair efforts were launched to restore the areas so they can once again serve as a proper environment for worship. Gratitude was extended to everyone whose dedicated work helps ensure the shrine remains a peaceful meeting place centered on God and the Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace.

Calling upon all believers, the parish urged the community to respond to the incident in alignment with the spiritual guidance taught in Medjugorje for over four decades through prayer, fasting, and forgiveness. The statement emphasized praying for the conversion of those responsible so they may be touched by grace, while urging all individuals to avoid returning evil with evil and instead embody love, forgiveness, and hope.

Concluding the address, the parish confirmed that the shrine remains open to all pilgrims. The scheduled prayer program continues normally as the affected areas are rapidly cleared and prepared to welcome visitors seeking spiritual encounters through the intercession of the Queen of Peace.
